"Clean" today meaning I know everything that's going into my body and I won't exceed my carb allowance. Yesterday, we went to lunch and I ate the topping off three pieces of pizza with no crusts. They probably thought I was really weird leaving three naked crusts, but I stayed away from those carbs!

Weekend was hard, but did pretty well. There was a lot of sugar around and I only had a few bites, but the cravings are back. Guess it'll take a few days to move on. In the meantime, back to my peanut butter/cream cheese frosting invention (stevia, no sugar) that seems to hit the craving pretty well.

Going home to make hard boiled eggs. May even have egg whites in guacamole for dinner. Yum!
