Tuesday, good morning windy, but not cold. Very,very muddy field but a good walk. Homemade fried chips with very thin sliced beef from Sunday and horseradish sauce. Steam cleaned oven. Steps so far 3,089 = 1.6 miles.
Gone really cold this afternoon with a bitter wind coming from the south. So I went for a fast walk around the area, tee shirt, jeans and trainers. People must think I'm mad around here, but it's important to strengthen the body, and the best way is to walk fast or run in very cold weather without warm clothes. Steps 8,595 = 4.2 miles.
