Beautiful morning with a bracing wind. Steps so far 6,225=3 miles and 8 flights of stairs. Raining this afternoon so I went for a drive around Suffolk, then walked the steps up to 9,376=4.3 miles and 25 flights of stairs climbed. Just finished the last walk today. Totals are steps 14,199 =6.3 miles and I've run up 37 flights of stairs.
