15:55hrs and it's getting dark. I'm using the Pacer app to calculate my steps. Steps so far today 5,402 57 mins 245 Calories, 2.8 miles.
Walked dog, walk to town and back, played with all the gadgets in the car, tuned the radio, the sat nav, car play and had a great time.
Too cold to walk? Or just too lazy? total somewhere around 5,992 steps or there about.
Who cares???
Going to stop bothering about putting this crap down.
