Up at 10.00 and after breakfast went for walk with dog and wife. 58 minutes across field and roads. 6,684 steps, so tonight should be able to equal that.Just walked down to the town and back steps now up to 8,432.Just back from another long walk. Steps 13,662 = just over 5 miles in total today.
