10.00 got up after reading for an hour in bed. Breakfast and walk the dog over cut Barley field, in the rain. Dropped dog off at home then walked down to the town and the butchers for weekend meat. Chicken for Sunday lunch cooked on the BBQ, pork steaks and smokey bacon for today. Feeling better, no back or neck ache so far. Still no wheat or sugar, but bored with salad (Rabbit food) greens. So just eating meat, a few potatoes and cabbage. God knows how people can eat sweet potatoes? The very word, sweet makes me think of sweets! The only thing we are having after a main meal is Mini milks lolly as it's low carb and gives a nice taste. We have also found that it's not necessary to eat a high fat diet and is upsetting our stomachs, so instead eating a lower fat low carb diet. This is better for my IBS which I can now keep under control. Also found that all those bloody salad greens was causing GAS, which was exacerbating the IBS.
Steps so far today 12,267 = 5 miles
