This is the start of a new me.

It comes as no real shock that I actually weigh 9 pounds more than I thought (233 pounds to be precise!!). I am hugely disappointed in myself and hate the way I look. I don't want to go on holiday because I look awful and feel uncomfortable. Walking hurts, and I can't even reach my feet to put my socks on. I'm only 58 yet feel more like the elderly people I look after, in fact some of them are fitter than me and they are in their 80's. not good. :-(

It's time to take action and changing my attitude is the key, I think.

Lets hope I can stick to my promises this time.
