Day 3 of 3 on 3 day diet, Ok no weight loss but I feel good and not really hungry although I do feel the compulsive cravings kicking in. It is in my head & I am aware of it but that still doesn't make it any easier! Tomorrow I'm planning a low carb intake and will plan my meals and stick to them! That is where I get crazy when I just 'allow' myself to eat without planning. Oh what a pain! I'm going to stop at the store this evening or tomorrow and get prepared for the 3 day fat fast challenge starting Friday. This will be interesting since normally my weekends are the tough ones for me and my plan. BUT I have been wanting to do a fat fast and searched to see what challenges were coming up and WOW, it was one of the ones! So I think this is meant to be and with having others doing the challenge it will probably be just what I needed to get my kick start back into low=carb for REAL and stick to it. I have been on low carb in the past and even did a fat fast (but didn't stick to it past a day or so). It worked years ago so here I GO! I just need to remember to keep the portions UNDER CONTROL! That is what caused issues with me in the past and now even on weekends!
