My day didn't start out well. After the priest gave me Communion; I tripped, fell, hit my forehead, right knee and my broken glasses bruised my cheek. Spent 3 hours in Crossroad's ER having Cat Scan and xrays. Still hurt, but I'm fine. Oh, I'm not exercising today might screw up something else. No more ER for me.
