Out walking yesterday walked about 5 miles foot started to hurt developing into a limp.......diagnosis......a stress fracture behind my toes........x-ray in 9 days time. on the 20th. May have been caused by that walk on friday.....typical isnt it .....at the start of the challenge I set.......so will have to just swim instead of walking.....limping is not cool.
Had a terrible day on food too.....:( so far. Made the fatal mistake of going into a super market after the medical centre.........full of everything that is no good for you........headed straight for the cooked items counter........after the salad bar.......and bought two southern fried chicken breasts. So a major slip up.......will have to be hungary latter on.
