Morning campers.......well I did it another 600g gone........dissolved out of me.

Sipping a delicious cup of fresh coffee, not to strong not to weak and NO SUGAR.

I have a challenge starting on Monday anyone care to join? And try and beat me ......starts Monday 11th July 2016 its to lose 5kg in two weeks. Mini challenge running up to Monday to eat no sugar.

This morning had two poached eggs.....poached for a 4 minutes wrapped in parma ham, with wholemeal bread and some lurpak butter (spreadable).
