Therefore......if you want to lose 1kg a day (not that this is healthy) one could conclude...
2325cal + 1620cal = 3945cal then minus 3500 cal
so 3945cal - 3500cal = 445cal
Conclusion if you eat 445 cal a day one should lose a kg a day......
