Time to write my journal after weeks of neglect. My weight is fairly steady, I think, at around 180 lbs. I don't weigh myself that often as it can be depressing if there is any weight gain. I go mainly by how well I feel and the fit of my clothing. My eating habits do not vary very much except for occaisional dining out and a variety of heathy evening meals. Now the weather is better I can exercise more and I'm doing plenty in the gardens back and front. Summers nearly here and I'm feeling in good shape. Every success and good wishes to my Buddies.
