Made it thru the week and stayed consistent w my nutrition! Even had a couple glasses of cab sav. Out of 11 days I worked out 5 1/2. Will do better on that now that I got my groove back, thanks to that ab pic I made myself post! Happy weekend all and have a safe Memorial Day. #NeverForget

Dh threatening pizza now, settled for White Castle thank God. Although I do LOVE their cheese curds 😰 BUT... I'm having what I already logged, cottage cheese, pb and protein chia seed mix ;-) I'm on it y'all!

killer abs Misty! I want! LOL I will never have abs like that I'm afraid, not after the surgery but I would love to have the strength I see there, this I can do!
