Glad it's Monday! For the first weekend, since Jan, I didn't log. Ate crap I guess this is a cycle unfortunately. Last night I made breakfast for the week, quinoa cups. I'm going to make a batch of turkey chili for lunches. Softball tonight no DVD. I'm outside tanning this fat I put on maybe I'll sweat it off. Happy week y'all good luck and may you all reach your goals...

Misty, I have always wanted to add quinoa to the diet. I hope to check it out. You will be fine, and good luck with the diet, softball, and workouts!

Thanks all. Lost by 1😔 made the turkey chili for dinner now I have lunch covered for the week. Warren, some quinoa I have to pre rinse which I found to be a pain but I bought cheese cloth so I'm going to use that next time. I bought ore rinsed this time I guess. Toasted sesame and ginger, thought that would taste good w my fage and fruit and agave. It was good but I like the cold oats better. Mmmm peanut butter!! Lol. Oh well.
