Another secsesful day. Easy not to binge or snack when you get all the right foods. You could try what I eat for a week and see.

102.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yup, that would be nice but got to learn how to cook first. I'm one of those that will buy pre-packed salad veggies and throw in those calorie load dressings. But got to start sometime. That's gonna be in my to do list in the next months ahead.
