Wow...my body really likes my current weight BUT I DON'T! Glad to be down 20 pounds but still very overweight. I will continue to fight for 178 no matter what. This means war...again!

Oh Florida, The dreaded plateau....you're still fighting it, great attitude too!! Everyone who is serious about getting to a better weight (fat loss) goes through a scale stall, you're doing great if your numbers are right it is inevitable that you'll get through this one too, take care!!

Time to love the inner you perhaps? War and fighting is a negative process, so maybe a positive healing approach may work. You have been fighting, fighting, fighting all the way and it's a battle you feel you are losing. A health stealth approach just may be the turning point, look at the coin from the other side, see the positive and focus on that rather than negative. Then you can build on that and work towards EVEN BETTER results, rather than only looking at your seeming failings with war and lost and compounding that into more of a negative daily focus. It's hard - a lot of this weight loss stuff is a head thing, with patience and time thrown in for good measure. Look how far you have come and rejoice.

Celebrate your achievements! I'm still very over weight too but my little 15 pound lose is still my achievement. I hope that you feel proud of your achievement and don't let a plateau take your joy. Moonfairie is so right. Stay the course and poof!...A breakthrough!!
