The huge loss of inches is great...yes..however, I am 51 years old and the one place that everything seems to be piling up is at my hips. Gravity is not my friend and I have a LOT of loose empty skin that seems to be falling down around my hips. My boobs have gotten longer which required me to go up a cup size instead of down. My previous bra size was 44DD now I am wearing a 38DDD. I tried going to a 38DD and my boobs just spilled out the sides and top. Those of you younger gals who's skin will still shrink back are very fortunate. On another note, I see from most of your bios that you live with a certain amount of stress. Stress increases the weight you carry around your middle you might try reading up on it and seeing if the symptoms of stress weight fit you. Living out here on the farm, working two miles from home in a job I adore for only 4 hours a day, small town, no drama in my life for the first time ever. This is the first time I have ever had success in losing mid-section weight.

@debrafredrick - your bra cup size is probably about the same as it was, it's just that the cups are larger or smaller depending on the band width. They are in proportion. Next time you're in a bra shop take a look at a 32DD vs a 38DD and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Honestly Debra, I am super lucky. Not much stress, I am single with pets and good family support. Gone is the psycho ex and drama. Also, I work from home so it's really easy to control my meals AND living alone I control what's in my fridge. Also, living in South Florida you can go outside everyday so no excuse for not walking the dogs at least 3 times a day. However, living on a farm sounds Amazing!

I'm still fighting the middle jigglies. I need to just keep doing the trx videos as they are all core all the time. I feel the solid underneath the roll around the middle. I've read walking actually is good for getting rid of it. Starting that again with the advent of spring weather and a 5K in my future the end of April.
