I see the Hasfit Challenge I was doing ended on here. My challenge calendar shows 2 more days till I advance to the next level. I don't have a scale so I would like to share my measurements. Waist: down 1 1/2 in. Hips: down 1/2 in. Thighs: down 1" each. Success!!! Have a great weekend everyone!!

Go figure! That is awesome! Costco sells a very nice glass Weight Watchers scale for $14.99 in the store. I am sure they have it online too most shipping is free.

Sugar Waffle, I have just came across your page and the word 'Hasfit' was mentioned.I wondered what this might be and so I googled Hasfit and came across the Hasfit exercises on Youtube. I have now made a link to the youtube page and will browse through the various videos for one which will suit me. The exercises look great and I am so pleased I came across your page,thanks for sharing. Well done on your weight loss.
