Mistybenner's Journal, 12 Feb 16

Well I've been "backed up" for four days now. Never had that issue. Ever. So I took a look at my fiber intakes since 1/21 and I've made my recommend daily intake ONCE! Oh my. And that was thanks to my smoothie that had over a whopping 15g of avacado! 15g? I only exceeded 15g 3 times! Thanks to Fs that allowed me to look back on my percentages. I noticed I hardly ever got any fiber at breakfast unless I ate oatmeal, fruit and cooked spinach.

Well my iPhone doesn't let me go beyond that in my posts so I'll finish here... Now I know to incorporate more fiber and never get in this position again. Ugh. Hello beans and more veggies and avacados!

Magnesium supplements can help you to avoid that issue.

I think you for your comments but as I explained to Annie I have another situation as a diabetic I used to have blood sugars that ran fasting over 300 since I reach 210 I have stopped taking diabetic medication and yet I am still getting the occasional Low number which is why I had to change the traditional Atkins to add carbs for The benefit of my blood sugar numbers I have both a doctor and a nutritionist looking over my shoulder and I understand that exercise and the calorie count is ok if you're trying to lose 2 pounds a week

One of the best things about FS that I love is the ability to look back. I have made so many changes based on past performance. It pays to log as much info as possible...
