So I suppose I'm going to try writing down my thoughts more often this year. The good news is that I'm not really "up" that much from the past five years, within 5 lbs, and I'm still nowhere near the heaviest I ever was. That said, I need to ensure that I keep moving, focus on the good, and work my way down to a healthier weight.
