I'm still holding on to my woe. It has been difficult but it is what it is. The stupid IT (scale) seems to creap up a few points & down. I really should not look at it daily but that is a difficult habit to break. I just need to remember that I am eating good & not partaking in any alcohol SO that is half the battle. I dread this weekend and beginning of next week. As in previous post, it will be filled with temptation. AGAIN, I just need to remember; it is ME that puts "whatever" in my mouth and the taste that might be good at the beginning disappears when I swallow only to show up on my hips, thighs, tummy, etc. I don't NEED that reminder of the "Food". Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-)
