My energy levels are increasing and so no more excuses....I moved the treadmill in from the outside shed into the dining room....now can't use the excuse it is too cold.

My aim is to do half and hour in the morning and half an hour at night....the Sex and the City boxset is a godsend as I can't just treadmill and look at the wall, each episode is half an hour so works out perfect....not to mention seeing how slim everyone is keeps me focused on why I am doing it ha ha. Although when you watch it from the beginning...you realise just how much those ladies have had some surgical intervention in their body shapes - but I can't judge...if I had the money I would.

Hey Tracy, yay great to hear your starting to get stronger again that's fab news. What a good idea exercising to a box set. I have managed a couple of little walks but laid up today with both foot and knee pain. Have a good week x

Getting stronger is a slow process by all account, but looking at others it is self sustaining gaining momentum over time. I found that certain types of music I enjoy have the right beat, which makes the training session appear to be shorter. Surgical procedure is probably alright, but only if you have the will power to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

MB I couldn't agree more - it takes far more time sometimes avoiding exercise that it does actually doing it!
