Hi everyone hope this Saturday finds u well , am trying to stay calm accept everything and work on myself … no use of complaining or negative thinking doesn’t change anything … food wise within cal but might just eat freely today I need to up my calories. Once or twice a week made okra garlic & tomato sauce lamb shanks with rice ( main meal) Snack is very naughty home-made deep, fried French fries with pickles, tomatoes, and parsley, Lebanese Classics sandwich yum just feel like it 😂 food shopping Monday pls keep me in your prayers sending u all much love ❤️❤️
