I do daily intermittent fasting which might work well for you. 12 hours is enough to help you reap benefits. 14-16 hour fast is what a lot of people do but I find my blood sugar will not often hold that long. I can almost always do 12 hours. Sometimes more.

Morticia some days am ok but recently falling ill zero energy too feeling dreadful so decided to eat I did 16 hours today without realising I am not free to eat when I want 🫣

My mother has her routine that works for her & gets annoyed if I do what I want praying for a miracle, so I can walk away…
