I was thrilled to see my weight down on Saturday :) Although I made poor food choices this weekend with the type of food I ate, I did manage to keep a watch on calories and recorded everything honestly (which stopped me from going totally mad and destroying my good week). So lots of water needed today to get my salt levels down.....

I think tonight I am going to try and do some yoga....It feels like an eternity since I have done any exercise and think a slow start will be good.

I may be raining folks....but remember that misery is a state of mind...not a state of weather :)

you mentioning yoga made me realise I bought a tai chi DVD ages ago and still haven't tried it! Must have a go soon.

Let me know how it goes..I've never tried tai chi. I do have a yoga dvd that I love doing, I have never built up the courage to go to a class
