Drove past McDonalds today and went for a white coffee, turned in a McMuffin fest. :(

Junk food looks so good and is so tasty, it's easier to just avoid places where they sell it.

The best thing to do is ALWAYS have some fruit or cut up veggies in your bag. That way, when you get tempted, you have a lil' somethin' to snack on :) Trust me, I've lost 2 1/2 stone!

argh! I love a McD breakfast...but then you have to starve the rest of the day. Never mind, chalk it up to an 'oops' and move on. Good luck

no mcdonalds is so wrong, I am nit talking about calories I am talking about taste is like KFC and eating cardboard. Now id you said Burger King I would have agreed

I know I am such a weak weak person when it comes to food.........its a complete addiction with me its not that I eat lots all the time I am more of a binge eater......and when I start eating I just keep going.

I thought I was weak too but then something clicked in my head and I made a change. I realised I am slowly killing myself, making myself sick with high blood pressure and higher cholesterol.

I am just the same, usually after a shopping trip I tend to binge, which has been the hardest thing to curb. We all have mental triggers that sets off bad eating habits and even if you do manage to identify what they are, you are only half way there. It takes lots of will power too. Only one problem left, where did I put it :)
