Hi everyone early bird (6.30Am ) GP phone appointment simple dinner macaroni cheese from scratch added mushrooms salad leftover roast beef
Second meal chicken wings yoghurt
Ordered a few things for my sister will drop it off soup deli meat cheese poor thing got covid she is alone so will drop it off & head home mum blood pressure is better GP happy with weight loss doesn’t want to put me on anything at the moment …so will see sending u all much love xxx
