Made a huge pig of myself today by tucking into biscuits in the office. Must be down to the depressing weather. Looking forward to short trip to Anglesey at the end of next week. Long walks along Lligwy Beach with the dogs and breathing in the sea air. can't Wait!!

Yes Goragon this summer just did not turn up. I just hope I get a few reasonably days next week in Anglesey. Hope you are doing well with your weight control. I am trying to maintain my weight at around 180 lb. Fairly satisfied with my regime.

Thanks for the weather forecast Heidij. I won't be arriving til next Thursday so you never know I might just get lucky. At least the caravan is waterproof and warm if necessary. Regards Jim
