Hi everyone Back on clean eating cal counting and light exercise …. I know that what walking 20 mins for me is like 2 hours for others … but I know putting the effort & persistence is the key to success for me it’s improving the quality of life feeling free & becoming the best version of myself …. I’m up to my head with paper work trying to sort out the mess others have imposed upon themselves ….
