Am listening to an Impact Theory marathon while packing. Early flight tomorrow. Will eat in Anchorage. Have decided to post my weight the morning after vacation, then daily until I recapture 276 lb. I plan to log my meals as well as possible.

Am giving up on logging food. Just ate toasted pita triangles with shaved cheese topped with salmon paste, jalapeños, pickled onions, cabbage slaw, and chutney. Also reindeer sausage and roasted, candied pecans. Am so full after eating less than half the amt served. I am happy I feel full with less food. I trust myself to not overeat or binge eat.
