it’s all fun and games until you get prediabetes….my fatness never had any health repercussions other than joint tiredness until now…. i’m happy I got checked - I had zero symptoms and only got checked because my brother did and he had diabetes! Luckily I guess it’s easy to reverse at the stage I caught it at and it’ll be the extra motivation I need to get back on track. Online it says its estimated 1/3 of Americans are pre diabetic with 8/10 of them not aware
