Carbed up last night, 4 giant Belgian chocolate cookies and a bar of Cadbury milk nut last thing. Very energetic today, yay :-) Weight is solidly in 328 but body composition has gone from 35% fat to 42% fat overnight on my little meter, which means it's all water basically as it reads water & fat as the same. When I pee that out I should be lighter, but will I get fatigued and have to carb up again before then? It's still good.
