Outside temperature is 99 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside temperature with fans going is 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Normal temperature in house is 78. My choice. Yeah, I'm crazy like that.

Been working on a project due in August -- timing is everything, and lots of our plans for an event have fallen. Still plugging at it. Coordination, correspondence and commitment -- the 3 C's -- what a challenge. My mind is being overloaded!
>>Stress
>>Forgetfulness (unintentional) - yesterday arrived 1 month and 1 week early for a state meeting. I was fully convinced it was Monday June 27th. Right month, wrong date.
>>Caffeine -- back to coffee again, regular. Holding the sweetner, adding milk or creamer. Hopefully that will help aid in my brain working at full capacity.
>>Rest -- not resting well. Crazy dreams -- all kinds of dilemmas, with no clear resolution.
>>Alcohol -- drinking more than my normal once a month kind of thing. (it's only one drink, I'm a total light weight)
>>Eating (emotionally) - yeah, just not eating too smart -- really it's snacking and portion size. Food is actually healthy, just too much of it. NO fast food.
>>Water -- not drinking enough -- maybe 32 - 48 fl oz. Maybe. (Proactively working on that today.)
>>Headache -- dull headache.

Wish you could see my notes and my desk! Whew!
Meeting with the boss next week about what's firm and what's not. Still waiting on a return call from one of the larger pulls of the event -- will they have their paperwork complete to be there???? And another large pull - what is the cost to us going to be? And then we'll determine if they are worth it!

Anyway....I feel heavy. I feel bloated. Wonder if premenopausal. Or maybe it's due to stress. Who knows. I do know one thing. I. DO. NOT. WANT. TO. CLIMB. UP. AND. WEIGH. TOMORROW. Just feel too heavy now. I don't want to know. Ignorance can be bliss.
