This morning I decided to enter my weight although I might still be holding on to some weekend binge weight.

I can't decide if I should enter my weight every day or not - this has helped me in the past to accept that weight fluctuations are quite normal and not to be discouraged.

Did my exercises again - although started with mild until my muscles strengthen again - amazing how quickly you lose strength. I got my Shine back on my wrist and food under control....I can do this!!!
