I am back after a long break......a new user name and a new start.....I did try get back a little while ago, but most of my buddies were not around, but I see a few are back :)
So much has happened I got married and managed to fit into my dress...but since then have managed to gain 2 stone in what feels like a blink of an eye and just can't carry on. I have been trying for the last two months, but this morning I realised that the only time I was successful in weightloss and keeping it off was when I was on this site....so I am back and ready to commit.
I will put my weigh in in one week, after the weekend it won't be accurate, so will weigh in after one good week to get a more realistic reading.
I hope to catch up with old buddies soon :)
