My boss took me to lunch at a chicken and bbq place today. I got a “chicken snack”. 3 chicken tenders and fries. Looked up nutrition info online. 🫣 1180 calories and 71 grams of protein. How the heck are 3 tenders 71 G protein? I feel like I’m counting wrong

I eat a lot of chicken and that sounds off too me. Generally most restaurants are the same. It's usually a chicken breadt is anywhere from 110-160 ish calories for one breast. Which is usually anywhere from 24 to 30 grams of protein per breast. But you never know they could be the biggest tenders ever. Or them calling them "tenders" but actually breast that have been cut down into strips.

I agree that it’s off. I also eat a lot of chicken and I’ve been tracking calories for a very long time so I’m pretty good at estimating. I was shocked to see it that wrong.
