Hi everyone had a lovely evening last night managed to fight temptation food was all rice based my friend was very understanding I ordered some grilled chicken wings tabouleh and garlic mayo 😋 stuck with it had lemon water so am dropping slowly ankle isn’t getting any better unfortunately but it takes time this I know … I didn’t record my little drop for a reason it’s not much bigger drops are worth the mention hoping to start burning fat soon xxx luv u all x
