I seriously admire you guys who IF, especially with such long fasting periods. If I would have that will power I could conquer the World 🤣 well done! x

Nunido to be honest it’s not easy I’ve gained a ton of weight 10 kgs it’s very difficult for me to lose weight am in my late 40s and Walking Disability am unable to do any sort of exercise other than weights & walking with a walking aid so it’s vital to limit my eating window in order to see results I don’t like it not one bit but something that must be done xx thank you for support xx

I tried IF last week. To be honest I only did it for a couple of days. Wasn't the fasting bit that bothered me, just the trying to eat so much in a time scale that was the problem. Well done Nadia for giving it a go xx
