Ok First meal after 18hour fast Roast chicken grilled Aubergine ( Mosaka) I made it about 90g Salad 😊

Noor it was very very nice am a fussy cook I usually some the chicken in lemon juice & peel over night before roasting none of that off putting Chicken smell ( really is a delight ) I finished it all today all a bit hungrier than usual
