Worst bout of constipation I’ve ever had. This morning it took 40 minutes of extreme effort and pain to get out a blockage. No fun! Weight is up this morning. 4/10 of a pound from last Monday’s weigh-in. That’s the biggest gain I’ve had in 30 weeks! At least I know the reason, and that this will probably be a high-loss week, once things get moving again. Still disappointing. Might buy some oatmeal and raisins, as that used to keep things moving regularly. I get over 20 grams of fiber every day. I don’t understand the backup. Oh well, the journey continues - this is just a little bump in the road. Onward!!!
