Wow - a BIG weight loss today! I lost 900 grams since yesterday, and the scale almost tipped to another 100 grams. Getting much closer to my goal! This is a new, lowest weigh in. I did go pretty low on my calories yesterday. I tend to overestimate my dinner - and end up eating much less. This results in me not using all my calories some days - and usually I just find an evening snack to get there. Yesterday I was several hundred calories short, and really didn't feel like wasting them just to waste them. I felt that I was happy with our excellent dinner and just stopped there. Clearly, I lost a lot! :) I am, however, fully aware that I can't be this low every day - I need a good chunk of calories for my body to keep going. My goal is DEFINITELY within reach. Life is good!
