Hi everyone hope ur keeping well am heading back home now was at my sisters she is very unwell with a stomach bug went food shopping & checked up on her and my wee niece feeling so tired my iron levels are low & being under constant stress doesn’t help anyone or change anything had leftovers for lunch dinner am planning it now heading home smoked salmon seaweed & half a ton of mushroom soup will try to get some rest hope everyone is keeping healthy sending love & positive vibes ❤️❤️
