Hi it’s really basic (IF) (16:8) and first meal protein salad steamed vegetables and sometimes I have brown rice (65g ) or cauliflower rice then second meal is 5 hours later eggs salmon or chicken Greek style yoghurt and water Some days recently life gets hectic & don’t stick to it but when I do feel great Good luck mate 👍 My eating window is from 5pm till 11pm

I hope the little knowledge shared will help you in your journey my GP advised me and I just follow orders since my health isn’t great

Oh yes I was advised by my Gp to have lemon juice with water no sugar with my main meal helps control insulin levels am none diabetic but suffer from hypoglycaemia good luck
