Have been very unwell for the last few months - my adrenal glands have packed up working to add to everything else. Replacement levels of steroid are being sorted now so hopefully over the worst of it and can get back to some resemblance to life!! First step to record weight, not worry about what went on and just lose it again. Easy haha x
