Hooray. Out of the 220’s this morning at 219.8. Knee not hurting when I woke up. Yeast rashes getting a little better. God is Good. But, even if my weight was up, knee hurt badly and rashes were worse - God would still be very, very GOOD. Can I get an Amen?

Amen! Only He is sustaining me. Congratulations on going below 220. As the realization comes half of the time, that our daughter is really gone, the pain worsens and reminds me of losing our son.
