Hi everyone.
I faced my worst fear yes you guessed it the scales 🫣 but since I am no longer that vulnerable insecure woman I used to be before joining FS & having your kindness support & understanding after my last health scare which caused both liver & kidney damage am very careful when it comes to healthy eating no restrictive diet just clean eating I’ve now switched to brown rice lots of fresh vegetables and fruit no more crisps chocolate and biscuits my weakness so hopefully the new approach will help me maintain stopping any further weight gain … my GP is hopeless no appointments been trying to get some tests done for two months my calls fall on deaf ears ….Christmas tree done start wrapping massive football fan so enjoying the atmosphere sending you love & positive vibes thank you all for helping me become the best version of myself 💗💕💖❤️❤️❤️❤️
