Praise the Lord! Weight down from 223.6 to 223.2 this morning. I’ll take it! Going to be two high-calorie days today and 2m0 (still under 2,000 calories, though). Having Outback tonight (filet Mignon; 1/2 baked potato with butter, cheese & bacon; salad w/Ranch and bread w/butter). 2m0 the other half of the baked potato with Ranch on it and clam strips with tartar sauce.
My daughter is trying to guilt me into taking my grand daughter to school this morning because. I take her home (1-hour round trip) 3-4 days a week. I’m trying really hard to not be the Rescuer. It is a struggle. Sometimes, my daughter needs to be an adult, a mom, and do the hard things even if she doesn’t feel like it. I’m a major Enabler, but trying to reform.
