Having trouble with my 1-1/2 miles of walking today. Knee hurts and I’m really weak for some unknown reason. I’m having to do it in 1/4-mile stints today, but I’m getting it done. Only 1/4 more mile to go. Can’t break my streak! Deep breath. I can do this!
