Hi everyone hope all is good with my darling FS family …. Am doing well actually better than I thought what I have learned on my life journey is this “ never let your circumstances define who you are strive to become the best version of one’s self” am the type to practice then I preach so that’s exactly what am doing …. Weight never defines us the lack of something in our lives so here I go picking myself up & trying to become the best version of Nadia as Heart body & soul …
Not dieting but healthy eating went for a short walk in the rain did a few things mentally am much better so hopefully up this the way forward…. I would like to thank everyone for their unconditional love respect kindness & support would be lost without you ❤️❤️❤️
